Participatory Walking Parade Performance · 2025
Location ·
Along the Anyangcheon River across seven cities
ABOUT THE WORK · 작품 소개

God-like beings from the distant future travel along the Anyangcheon River, walking and moving together with people of the present. Through small actions shared in everyday public space, they plant seeds of change for the future of the Earth.
〈Dancing River, Anyangcheon〉 is a participatory walking-parade performance developed as a collaborative public-art project connecting seven cities and seven cultural foundations along the river. It brings the distinct programs and identities of each city together through a shared artistic approach and a common language of movement.
Here, dance is not confined to a stage or presented only for spectators. It emerges along people’s everyday paths, becoming a sensory language that connects people with place, cities with one another, and urban life with the natural environment.
